Norma is the President of Chesapeake Financial Planning and has been providing financial planning and tax services since 1984. In addition she has instructed Tax and Financial Planning courses at Anne Arundel Community College and has also been a featured speaker at many group and company meetings and programs.
From 1976-1984 Norma was the Manager of H&R Block Executive Tax Service and an instructor of basic and advanced tax preparation. In 1984, Norma joined IDS/American Express as a financial planner and district manager, and in 1990 Started Chesapeake Financial Planning and Tax Services, Inc.
